In the tragic event of death during the tour, El Day Tour® bears no responsibility for circumstances leading to or resulting from the demise, encompassing accidents, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents. The estate and heirs of the deceased hereby release and discharge El Day Tour®, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities stemming from the incident. This extends to indemnifying and absolving El Day Tour® from legal actions, damages, or expenses incurred due to the death. This release holds legal weight and applies comprehensively.
