We are not responsible for any issues arising from omissions or inaccuracies related to your health or other significant details that could impact your experience.

We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving it.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payments can be made through our websites:

You may also pay by alternative methods as advised by our representatives. In exceptional cases, we can accept full cash payments at our Quito office or on the day of the tour. Please consult with our representatives for more information.

We will send you a booking confirmation with all necessary details once we receive full payment.

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. We offer the following options for rescheduling your tour:

• Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before the original start date
• New date subject to availability — we cannot guarantee your preferred date
• First change of date is free; subsequent changes — $25 USD administrative fee per booking

• Reschedule free of charge up to 96 hours (4 days) before the original start date
• New date subject to availability; requests within 96 hours may incur additional costs
• First change of date is free; subsequent changes — $25 USD administrative fee per booking

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• 1 or more days before: No cancellation fee; full refund issued
• Within 24 hours before: 100% cancellation fee; no refund
• No-show: 100% cancellation fee; no refund or date change

• 15+ days before: No cancellation fee; full refund issued
• 14–5 days before: 50% cancellation fee; 50% refund provided
• 4–1 days before: 100% cancellation fee; no refund
• No-show: 100% cancellation fee; no refund or date change

Mid-Trip Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your trip midway, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

In the event that we must cancel your itinerary, whether operated directly by us or by one of our partners, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will first seek to provide a suitable alternative.

If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, we will issue a refund for the amount paid using the original payment method. Please note that refunds for extraordinary and unforeseen situations may not be processed immediately.

Unforeseen circumstances may include:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, severe weather)
• Political instability
• Travel restrictions or border closures
• Sudden operational issues beyond our control

We reserve the right to offer alternative forms of compensation, such as credit notes or partial refunds.

Validity: Your pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase, or until all tour credits have been used, whichever comes first.

Booking Dates: Specific tour dates must be coordinated via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before departure.

Booking Status: The start date selected during checkout is a placeholder. Your tour dates are only official once you receive formal confirmation from our team.

Availability: All tours are subject to availability and our weekly fixed schedule.

Changes: You can change your tour date for free one time per tour, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before that specific tour.

Cancellations: You can cancel the entire pass for a full refund up to 24 hours before the first scheduled tour. After this time, no refund is available.

No Partial Refunds: Once the first tour of your pass has been taken, the remaining tour credits are non-refundable and cannot be canceled individually for a refund.

No-Show: If you do not arrive at the pickup point at the scheduled date and time, that specific tour credit is lost.

Non-Transferable: The pass is personal and cannot be shared or used by other travelers.

Itineraries: All routes and schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to safety, weather, or external factors.
