Quick Pass Rules:
Official Dates: The date you select at checkout is a placeholder. We will contact you to coordinate your official tour schedule.
Booking Notice: Please let us know which tours you want to join at least 48 hours in advance.
One-Time Change: You can move a scheduled tour once for free if you notify us 24 hours before departure.
Validity: Your pass is valid for one year or until all tours are used, whichever comes first.

Q: What is the Multi-Tour Pass?
Q: Which day tours are included in the Multi-Tour Pass?
A: The pass includes four of our most popular group day tours from Quito:
– Cotopaxi Hike & Bike: hike to the glacier and bike downhill through the national park
– Quilotoa Culture & Hike: visit Andean communities and hike to the volcanic crater lake
– Otavalo Market & Equator: explore the famous indigenous market and stand on the Equator
– Mindo Cloud Forest: zip-line, waterfalls, and hummingbirds in the cloud forest
You can choose any 2 or 3, or take all 4 with the full pass.
Q: Can I customise which tours I include in my pass?
A: Yes. With the 2-Day and 3-Day passes, you choose which tours you want from the four available options. The 4-Day Pass includes all four tours. After booking, simply let us know your preferences and we’ll build your schedule around the available departure days.
Q: Do the multi-day packages include hotels?
No. Our packages combine full-day group tours that depart from and return to Quito each day. Accommodation is not included, giving you flexibility to choose where you want to stay.
Q: How much does the Multi-Tour Pass cost and how much do I save?
A: The pass is available in three options:
– 2-Day Pass: $110 per person (save up to $5)
– 3-Day Pass: $160 per person (save up to $10)
– 4-Day Pass: $210 per person (save up to $15)
Compared to booking each tour individually, the pass gives you a guaranteed saving and removes the hassle of managing multiple separate bookings.

A: All tours operate on fixed weekly departures:
– Cotopaxi Hike & Bike: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
– Quilotoa Culture & Hike: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
– Otavalo Market & Equator: Tuesday, Saturday
– Mindo Cloud Forest: Friday
All departures are guaranteed, meaning your tour will run regardless of group size.
Q: How do I book and choose my tour dates?
A: Select your pass and complete the booking online. In the booking calendar, simply pick any available start date to process your payment, you don’t need to lock in all dates at that point.
After your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you within minutes to coordinate the specific dates for each of your tours based on your travel plans.
Q: Are these private tours or group tours?
A: These are small-group day tours departing from Quito. You’ll travel with other guests, which keeps the experience social and the price accessible. Groups are kept small to maintain a high-quality, personal experience throughout the day.
