Quilotoa is a beautiful turquoise lagoon inside the crater of an old volcano. We love it because its colors change with the sunlight, and the Andean landscape around it is very special. It\u2019s a place that always surprises you, whether you walk along the crater rim or go down to the edge of the lagoon.<\/p>\n

3. Cotopaxi + Quilotoa\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Cotopaxi and Quilotoa are two of my favorite places in the Ecuadorian Andes. Cotopaxi impresses with its perfect shape and snow-covered summit, while Quilotoa surprises with its turquoise lagoon inside a volcanic crater. Together, they make an amazing mix of adventure and unique landscapes\u2014from walking in Cotopaxi National Park to enjoying the magical views of the Quilotoa crater. Ba\u00f1os is one of the most visited places in Ecuador. It\u2019s full of waterfalls, green landscapes, and an amazing adventure atmosphere. It\u2019s a perfect destination to enjoy nature, adventure, and a bit of rest.<\/p>\n
