Therefore, we offer the following options for rescheduling your tour:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Cancellations by the Traveler<\/b><\/p>\n We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n Cancellation by El Day Tour<\/b><\/p>\n In the event that we must cancel your itinerary, whether operated directly by us or by one of our partners, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will first seek to provide a suitable alternative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, we will issue a refund for the amount paid using the original payment method. Please note that refunds for extraordinary and unforeseen situations may not be processed immediately. Unforeseen circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (such as earthquakes or severe weather conditions), political instability, travel restrictions or border closures, or sudden operational issues beyond our control. Your tour dates are only official once you receive a formal confirmation from our team.<\/p>\n Availability: All tours are subject to availability and our weekly fixed schedule.<\/p>\n Changes: You can change your tour date for free one time per tour, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before that specific tour.<\/p>\n Cancellations: You can cancel the entire pass for a full refund up to 24 hours before the first scheduled tour.
